Typhoon: Egay

Typhoon "Egay" will continue to enhance the southwest monsoon which will bring rains over Luzon and the Visayas.
In view of this weather disturbance, all concerned are hereby directed to undertake all precautionary and appropriate measures in their respective AORs. The public and the Disaster Coordinating Councils concerned are advised to take appropriate actions.

I took this picture last August 16, 2007, when i was riding the jeepney on my way home. The jeep passed through the flooded streets of anonas and so i took some pictures. ^_^
